What You'll Do
Support and assist the Learning & Development team in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro offices with the:
* Responsible for organizing new hire onboarding (communications, logistics, tracking)
* Support in event production (vendor coordination and logistics support)
* Closing training sessions: recording completion in the internal system (SABA) and sending and tracking feedback surveys
* Organization of training sessions and events (communications, logistics and tracking)
* Follow up on the programs and actions implemented (create surveys, collect results and work on conclusions)
* Ensuring training materials are up to date and maintaining the team's SharePoint organization
* Financial support: ensuring vendor registration and payment processing

What You'll Bring
* Full proficiency reading/writing/speaking English and Portuguese
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: emphasis on Excel and Power Point
* Strong interpersonal skills, positive personal and professional image, and excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics
* Strong organizational skills, strong rigor and strong attention to detail
* Professional approach to time and deadlines
* Ability to recognize and maintain highest levels of confidentiality
* Team player with the ability to adapt in a changing environment
* Ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Advertising and Marketing, or related fields
