Corpay is a leading global payments and financial services firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA. We invite you to join our 8-10-week paid summer internship program for rising juniors and seniors. We are currently looking to hire an Enterprise Associate Intern - Enterprise Management for our summer internship program. How We Work As an Enterprise Associate Intern - Enterprise Management intern you will be expected to work in an in-office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in our Toronto office location Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The successful intern will become part of our Global Enterprise Management Group, reporting to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Associates (EA team). This client facing role is critical to the success of the team, and supports Account Managers. Collectively, this team is part of our Global Payment Solutions team, and are responsible for driving growth and ensuring retention of our Mass Pay integrated Partnerships. Day to Day responsibilities include: Gaining an understanding of Corpay's payment processes and platforms. Support Enterprise Associate teams with daily tasks including Beneficiary Validation, assisting with building daily reports, handling inbound payment queries (assigning and eventually resolving independently).. Performing customer verifications; 'Know your Customer'; be compliant with every task. Able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech. Able to move payments through the release process with accuracy; suggest improvements in processes. Working within established protocols, provide professional service, exceptional written communication, and eventually manage internal obstacles invisibly to the client. Working quickly to resolve customer issues Proactively monitor all Payment queues within internal systems to ensure outstanding issues are resolved in a timely fashion Working with internal teams, as well as other internal stakeholders, to fully leverage the capabilities of the organization to benefit Integrated Partners. Project Handling: assist with documentation, Service Level Agreements, Exception Management Protocols, Monthly Acct Management Business Review Templates. She/he will be supervised, participating in meetings, stand up meetings when possible, and connect 1:1 with her direct supervisor. Additional supervision will include: Setting expectations and goals throughout the duration of the internship Honing skills and knowledge regarding strategic growth and client retention, and how it applies to the function of our business Give quality feedback regarding her internship projects Team mentorship Qualifications & Skills Students must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university in a Bachelor or Graduate degree program through the duration of the internship. Strong academic record Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required. Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism. Must be comfortable working independently and with a team and taking direction from multiple team members. Must be committed to working a 40-hour work week (hybrid) for 10-12 weeks during the summer months. Pay Transparency This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is CAD $25/HR - $27/HR.
