Your role
We're looking for Derivative Strategy Intern to:

* cover daily and weekly publishes
* develop backtesting tools and template
* perform bespoke analysis upon requests from clients, senior strategists, traders and sales

Your team
The Shanghai Global Markets (GM) Structuring team is a global covering, close-to-market and cutting edge team, providing technical services to support the Derivatives and Solutions related business in (COMPANY NAME) across regions and across asset classes. The team consists of 4 sub teams focusing on different business lines, including GM Pricing team, QIS (Quantitative Investment Strategy) team, Derivatives Strategy team and Platform team. The key responsibilities of Shanghai GM Structuring team are to collaborate with global colleagues across teams (sales, traders, structurers, quants, Its, etc.) to design and deliver the bespoken solutions for clients regarding derivatives or strategies.

Your expertise

* Basic understanding of financial markets and a desire to develop a career in the derivatives space
* Major in Finance/Science/Economics preferred
* Proficiency in Excel, VBA and Python in the financial industry will be a plus
* 5 days a week preferred
* Strong ability in communicating in English
* Fast learner and detail oriented
* Able to work under pressure
