Operations Data Analyst Intern

1. 3PL Capacity Management: Divide the city level capacity target to third-party logistics (3PL) according to their performance. Monitor and ensure that target capacity metrics for partners are met. This includes evaluating performance and implementing improvements as needed. 2. Data Extraction & Processing: Independently write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and integrate data for business teams. 3. Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor KPIs in real time. 4. Project Tracking & Collaboration: Participate in end-to-end business projects, track progress, and deliver data-driven reports to identify optimization opportunities. 5. Data Support & Administrative Tasks: Document meeting minutes, archive files, and coordinate cross-functional communication

Profil requis du candidat:

1. Proficient in data analysis tools(SQL, other data-analysis tools etc) , with the ability to apply these skills in business scenarios. 2. Detail-oriented, responsible, and curious about the business with a strong willingness to learn. 3. Strong communication and coordination skills, with prior experience in multi-party project collaboration being a plus. 4. Available for 4+ months, 4-5 days/week. 5. Language Skills: English is must, and Urdu speaking candidates are preferred
