APAC Procurement Admin Intern

Role and Responsibilities:

This position supports Procurement Asia team who are located in Shanghai and Japan. Your scope covers all Asia, China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Australia, Singaore, Malaysia, etc - help manage the contract process. Your mission is to help uploading the contracts in our database and give gudiance to the people who need help using our contracts.
With this role, you have great opportunities to learn "what is contract" - why it is so important in the business world; and, able to work with people across all APAC. Not only APAC, you may be able to communicate with French people in our headquater.

Role - Contract Administrator
- to help upload the contracts in our database
- to help retrieve the contracts upon request
- maintain our standard template
- give guidance to end-users who needs help in contract preparation
- help sourcing managers in the company - retreive data, analyze the data etc

Qualifications:

- Education background - University level
- Fluent in English - speaking, writing and listening - you have to deal with non-Chinese speakers majority of time
- Excel and PowerPoint
- Logical thinking
- Keen to understand cultural difference
- Like to talk to people
- Shows interest in an international business world
- Familiarity to AI
