General Summary:
Main Responsibilities
1.Own the research, prototyping, and engineering deployment of advanced graphics, game engine, and game AI-related algorithms.
2.Drive development, integration, and performance optimization of Unreal Engine on Snapdragon platforms.
3.Implement and optimize real-time and advanced rendering techniques, including rendering pipelines, shaders, and GPU performance optimization.
4.Conduct game engine performance analysis and system-level optimization, covering CPU/GPU scheduling and overall performance tuning.
5.Research and apply AI-assisted graphics and gaming technologies, such as Neural Rendering, AI super resolution, frame interpolation, and AI-driven performance optimization and scheduling.
6.Leverage Snapdragon GPU, compute, and AI capabilities to achieve optimal balance among visual quality, performance, and power efficiency.
Skills / Experience Required
1.Solid fundamentals in real-time rendering and computer graphics, with understanding of rendering pipelines, shaders, GPU architecture, or performance optimization concepts.
2.Familiarity with at least one graphics or compute API: Vulkan, OpenGL ES, DirectX, Metal, or OpenCL.
3.Experience with Unreal Engine or other game engines is a plus.
4.Basic experience with AI / neural networks and an understanding of performance constraints in real-time systems.
5.Strong 3D mathematics background.
6.Experience with GPU debugging and performance analysis tools is a plus (e.g., RenderDoc, Nsight).
Education Requirements Degree Major, GPA, Courses
Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in C / C++, with solid coding and debugging skills.
Strong interest in game engines, graphics rendering, or high-performance computing.
