Contributes to the design, development, validation, and debugging of embedded software across various domains including BIOS, microcontrollers, and/or memory systems. Works on systemlevel modeling, algorithm development, and/or hardwaresoftware integration, often within constrained environments involving timing, memory, and processing limitations. May also assist in architectural decisions, validation planning, and performance benchmarking. Collaborates with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure robust firmware solutions. As an intern, learns and applies knowledge, builds skills, and explores future career opportunities through handson experience and projects that support Intel business goals in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and low-level software concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++, with familiarity in scripting languages like Python or Shell.
- Knowledge of firmware fundamentals and debugging techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in debugging and validation processes.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies in embedded systems and firmware development.
- Experience with algorithm design, performance benchmarking, or customer support in a technical capacity.
