Role description:
Join our Business Advisory team and gain hands-on experience in delivering strategic insights and innovative solutions to clients. This internship offers exposure to diverse projects that shape future-ready businesses. You will learn from industry experts, contribute to meaningful work, and develop skills that set the foundation for a career in consulting.
Role accountabilities:

* Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyse data to support project recommendations

* Project Support: Assist in preparing materials for client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.

* Reporting and Presentation: Help create clear, compelling presentations and reports for internal and client use.

* Collaboration: Work closely with consultants, contributing ideas and supporting delivery.

* Learning & Development: Gain exposure to projects in areas such as policy and strategy, market studies, data forecasting, smart and green buildings.
Qualifications & Experience:

* Undergraduate student (non-final year) in any discipline; construction or related fields are a plus

* Right to work in Hong Kong

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

* Excellent written and communication skills in English and Chinese

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of data tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage

* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about the built environment

* Available full-time from mid-January to June 2026
