Currently enrolled undergraduate, master's, or doctoral students, preferably in engineering-related majors (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Energy).

Basic understanding of engineering principles and strong interest in technical service, troubleshooting, and product applications.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools or AI tools is a plus.
熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）, 具备数据分析或AI工具使用能力者优先。
Good command of Chinese, English, or French in speaking, reading, and writing; proficiency in additional African languages is a plus.
具备良好的中、英/法语言能力（听说读写），掌握其他非洲语言者优先。
Strong problem-solving skills, learning agility, and teamwork capabilities.
具备较强的问题解决能力、学习能力以及团队合作精神。
Available for at least 3 days per week for a minimum duration of 3 months.
每周至少可实习3天，连续实习期限不少于3个月。
Strong communication skills through Chinese culture and African culture
在中国文化和非洲文化中，都具备较强的沟通能力。
