Job Description
The 6-month F&B Service Operations Internship at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is designed for students seeking hands-on exposure to food and beverage service operations within a full-service hotel environment under one of Hyatt's classic hotel brands.
The F&B Service Operations Intern will gain practical experience across various food and beverage outlets, supporting daily service operations including banquets, dining outlets, and stewarding functions. Interns will work closely with the service teams to deliver quality guest experiences while developing an understanding of operational standards, service procedures, and teamwork in a professional hospitality setting
