Description du poste:

1-User Lifecycle Management：Manage the full user lifecycle, including new user acquisition, first activation, retention, and re-engagement. 2-Strategy & Execution：Support the design and end-to-end execution of user engagement strategies-from ideation and implementation to timeline management-by effectively coordinating cross-functional resources (Product, Engineering, BI) to achieve user activity goals. 3-User Insight & Personalization：Deeply understand user needs to create high-engagement scenarios and personalized services that boost stickiness. Special Note: This position is part of the company's Southeast Asia Business Development Special Initiative. We are looking for candidates who are committed to a long-term career in Southeast Asia, willing to complete an internship in China, and prepared for long-term assignment in Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Vietnam upon successful conversion to full-time employment. We especially welcome applicants who are dedicated to deeply cultivating the Southeast Asian market and possess proficiency in Malay, Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese

Profil requis du candidat:

1-Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher; experience in large-scale internet products or user operations is a plus. 2-Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities through data and independently solve operational challenges. 3-Collaboration: Strong cross-functional coordination skills to achieve win-win outcomes. 4-Problem Solving: Ability to see through complexity to identify core pain points and business essentials. 5-Agility: Fast learner with a curious mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
