User Experience（UX） Researcher - Forward Youth Program (TH/ID/VN/MY/PH)

Description du poste:

1. Assist the team in conducting foundational research activities such as user interviews, questionnaire surveys, and usability testing, and organize research data and materials; 2. Participate in research reports including user personas, journey mapping, and experience pain points, and provide preliminary analytical conclusions; 3. Collaborate with the design team to transform user research findings into design requirements, and follow up on solution implementation and validation; 4. Collect industry research cases and methodology materials, maintain the user research knowledge base, and ensure the completeness and reusability of resources. Special Note: This position is part of the company's Southeast Asia Talent Development Initiative. We are looking for candidates who are willing to complete an internship in China and prepared for long-term roles in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Vietnam upon successful conversion to full-time employment. Profil requis du candidat:

Proficiency in at least one Southeast Asian language (e.g., Indonesian, Thai, Malay, Vietnamese, or Filipino) is required. 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a solid educational background in design-related majors and disciplines; 2. Experience in user research and market research, passion for user experience research, and basic data analysis capabilities; 3. Curious mindset with strong business acumen, willing to proactively think, learn and research, continuously expanding the depth and breadth of design perspectives; 4. Excellent communication skills, collaborative spirit, and high execution efficiency, able to work effectively with internal and external teams to drive goal achievement and mutual success; 5. Educational background in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or related fields is preferred
