Job Family Description - HR Operations:
Acts as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, HR Business Partners and external partners. Provides daily HR activities and administrative support to our employees while conforming to labor laws.

Job Description:
1. Recruitment Support: Assist in developing recruitment sources and managing the selection and placement process. Responsibilities include sourcing, identifying, and tracking candidates throughout the hiring process, as well as supporting daily recruitment operations.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management: Support the HR Manager with on-boarding, leave, and termination procedures to ensure a smooth employee experience.
3. Operation and Database Management: Maintain HR databases by inputting data, sorting documents, and filing. Assist with employee contract management and attendance tracking.
4. Talent Development Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of talent development projects, helping to drive initiatives that support employee growth and organizational capability.
5. Additional Support: Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:
1. College students;
2. Proficient in the use of Excel, Word，PPT and other office software;
3. Smart and flexible, good affinity, patient, meticulous, conscientious, responsible, stress-resistant;
4. Good communication with people, good logical thinking ability and strain ability, rich in team assistance spirit;
5. Working more than 3 days a week, can be more than 6 consecutive months preferred.
