Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Take the project of process improvement including help to make updates on new intranet- QM Website and improve operational process of sample shipment with necessary technical skills like Python, HTML, J Query library
* Deal with Nost as shipping application and go through spot check
* Maintain Quality Library by update new arrivals and manage booking system
* Help to organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
* Prepare and manage correspondence and other administration tasks
