What will you be doing?

Provide sustaining with guided supervision in the following tasks:
* Operations video recording
* Time study of the Creation of line balance
* Labor standard calculation
* Line Inventory definition (WIP)
* Layout drawing and Implementation
* Savings calculation
* SPQDC change control of Standard work Kaizen events
* Standard work and 5'S visual sheets development
* Value stream mapping Kaizen
* Space release kaizen events

Planned Start Date: May, 2026
Program Length: 6 months
Location: Alajuela, Coyol

What will you need to be successful?
* Education: Active student of Industrial Engineering

Competencies:
* English Proficiency over 50% (A2+ according to CEFR).
* MS Office basic proficiency (Basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Basic skills for the use of simulation tools or models (eVSM).
* Basic Statistical Analysis abilities
* Basic Knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
* Basic Detailed production process knowledge and detection of improvements/elimination of waste (Enter clean rooms and work with manufacturing engineers).
* Skills: assertive communication, teamwork, good interpersonal relationships, results-oriented, time management, analytical skills, critical thinking, attention to detail.
