The Shopper Marketing Intern provides administrative and analytical support to the Shopper Team, contributing to the effective planning, tracking, and follow-up of commercial activities across channels. This is a regional role with a CARICAM scope, offering the intern exposure to multi-market dynamics and the opportunity to work alongside a cross-functional regional team. This role supports day-to-day operations, data consolidation, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate execution, visibility of actions, and operational discipline.

Key Responsabilities
* Support the consolidation and update of trackers, including promotional plans, execution status and timelines.
* Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal/external meetings and reviews.
* Support the follow-up of commercial initiatives, ensuring timely updates and documentation.
* Maintain organized records of trade activities, materials, and approvals.
* Assist in the collection and organization of market, customer, and competitor information.
* Support basic analysis of sell-out data, execution metrics, and performance indicators.
* Participate in internal meetings, taking notes and supporting action follow-up.
* Ensure adherence to internal processes, templates, and reporting standards.

Your qualifications:
* Active university student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Intelligence, or related commercial fields.
* Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
* Intermediate-advanced Excel skills (databases, pivot tables, formulas); Power BI knowledge or strong willingness to learn.
* Strong analytical mindset: ability to generate reports, track execution vs. plan, identify deviations, and propose data-driven improvements.
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple simultaneous tasks - purchase order tracking, supplier coordination, sales planning calls - in a fully remote environment.
* Solid verbal and written communication skills; comfortable participating in regional calls and presenting to diverse stakeholders.
* Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented - able to operate with autonomy while remaining open to guidance and feedback.
