Join our dynamic Resource Management team within the Wind Power Onshore Operations division! As a temporary Administrative Functional Support Trainee, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Imagine being part of a team that drives renewable energy solutions across Spain, Portugal, and beyond, all while honing your organizational skills and gaining valuable experience in a leading multinational company. You will assist in preparing internal reports, presentations, and correspondence, while also managing data and documentation.
How You'll Make an Impact
* You will assist with the preparation of internal reports, presentations, and correspondence to support team initiatives.
* You will perform accurate and timely data entry into resource management systems and operational databases.
* You will organize and maintain digital and physical files according to established procedures, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
* You will ensure the integrity and confidentiality of administrative records and documents, contributing to a secure work environment.
What You Bring
* You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* You possess strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* You have foundational skills in time management and proactive communication.
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and have basic knowledge of SAP, which is desirable.
* You are fluent in Spanish, with English proficiency being a plus.
