* Guest Relations: Welcoming guests and providing high-end table service with expert recommendations.
* Menu Ambassadorship: Using product knowledge to handle special requests and enhance the dining experience.
* MICROS Management: Recording all orders and transactions accurately and efficiently in the POS system.
* Operational Standards: Ensuring impeccable table setups, station replenishment, and smooth closing procedures
