Food & Beverage Internship - Kimpton Vividora Barcelona

Your day-to-day

*Assist with the daily preparation and set-up of the restaurant and bar areas.
*Serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
*Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of your workspace and equipment.
*Properly use work machinery and ensure compliance with safety standards and personal protective equipment.
*Ensure correct storage and labeling of food and beverages in the appropriate areas.
*Report any needs for replenishing stock or products for the next service.
*Keep your workstation clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
*Comply with the hotel's sustainability and environmental policies.

What we need from you

*Currently studying a bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
*Possibility to sign an agreement with your school for 6 months preferably.
*Previous hotel knowledge and experience in operational departments will be valuable.
*Must be fluent in English and/or Spanish.
*Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for food & beverage area.
