The Position

Role Overview

Are you interested in how software R&D organizations evolve to integrate AI and stay ahead in a changing technological landscape? We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented R&D AI Transformation Intern to join our strategy team.
You won't just be fetching coffee; you'll be behind the scenes of major structural, cultural, and digital shifts as we embed AI into our engineering DNA, helping us bridge the gap between "traditional development" and "AI-augmented innovation."

Key Responsibilities
* Data Analysis & Insights: Gather and analyze R&D performance metrics and AI tool adoption rates to identify bottlenecks and track the progress of ongoing AI transformation initiatives.
* Stakeholder Communication: Assist in drafting internal memos, newsletters, and presentation decks that translate complex AI strategies and LLM implementations into "human" language for our developers and engineers.
* Project Management Support: Maintain project timelines (Gantt charts) and follow up on action items from cross-functional workshops focused on AI integration and automated workflows.
* Research: Conduct competitive benchmarking and research best practices in AI-assisted coding, machine learning operations (MLOps), and organizational design for AI-first R&D teams.
* Workshop Facilitation: Help organize and document brainstorming sessions aimed at improving software delivery pipelines through AI and boosting developer engagement with new intelligent tools.

What We're Looking For
* Curiosity: A genuine interest in the intersection of software business strategy, AI ethics, and engineering culture.
* Communication: The ability to explain a complex technical AI concept or strategic shift simply and clearly.
* Agility: Comfort with ambiguity-navigating the rapid evolution of AI in R&D is rarely a straight line!
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data visualization) and PowerPoint (storytelling), with an interest in exploring AI productivity tools.
* Academic Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
