DEMAND PLANNING INTERN

We're looking for students to join our Global Planning Hub in Barcelona, which oversees Luxury and Consumer Beauty products worldwide. Located near Poblenou Park, the Hub manages key supply chain functions including material sourcing, production planning, product distribution, new product development (initiatives planning), inventory management, master data management, and demand planning. English is our working language.

GLOBAL DEMAND PLANNING TEAM

Our team is responsible for generating accurate global sales forecasts, which drive the entire end-to-end supply chain-from logistics and production to supplier orders. We collaborate closely with markets to gather business intelligence, feeding our machine learning models to produce high-quality forecasts. We also ensure that all new product launches are accurately reflected in our planning systems.

THE ROLE

As a Demand Planning Intern, you'll support our global team and gain hands-on experience across the supply chain. This is a unique opportunity to learn end-to-end planning processes, contribute to daily operations, and work on impactful projects. You'll analyze data to support decision-making, identify opportunities for savings and productivity, and help improve processes. You'll also work with advanced demand systems that integrate machine learning and statistical algorithms.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

We are looking for candidates who are:

* Are eager to learn and grow in Supply Chain

* Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Logistics, Engineering, or Business

* Are proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented

* Communicate well and enjoy working in teams

* Are fluent in English

* Have solid Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts)

* Are available for at least 6 months, 25-35 hours/week in the mornings
