Brand & Media - Marketing Internship

At Pandora, we are looking for an intern to provide support to the Brand & Media area. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from industry professionals and gain experience in a global retail company.

Copywriting & Content Creation

* Support the translation and adaptation of campaign messaging master.
* Campaign and promotions content copywriting.
* Translate and adapt product names and product descriptions for new launches, based on information and guidelines provided by the global team.
* Draft and review basic copy for social media.
* Support the creation of banners using Bannerflow to support paid media campaigns.
* Collaborate with the creative agency on the adaptation of digital visuals.Campaign Support (Paid Media)

* Support paid media assets validation.
* Support paid social campaigns implementation.Facebook

* Define the weekly content calendar and lead the coordination with the community management agency.
* Ensure alignment of content calendars with CRM and other stakeholders.
* Adaptation of assets for owned social in collaboration with the creative agency when needed.
* Follow up on competitors' content and other Pandora markets.Meetings & Reporting

* Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with internal teams and external agencies.
* Weekly status meeting to schedule and align Facebook posts for the week.
* Monthly meetings with the CRM team to align on the upcoming month's content calendar and communications.
* Prepare owned social slide for weekly Trade meeting, present owned media content during the meeting and podcast recording.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly performance reports for owned social media.
* Help track key metrics and compile insights on content performance.Our offer:

* Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
* Fluent level of Spanish and English is mandatory
* Good command of Microsoft Office and marketing tools
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative
* Curious, motivated, and eager to continuously develop and grow
