Job Description - Marketing Intern

Objective:

The intern will be trained in marketing plan development, project management, KOL engagement, event organization, and the coordination of commercial strategy execution.
They will also learn how to interpret business data, draw actionable conclusions, and manage the information required to support decision-making.
The role will support the Marketing Team in developing solutions for customers, while also collaborating with the Sales Team, Professional Education, and other cross-functional departments.
What you will do:
* Receive training in the development and delivery of consumer and professional communication materials.
* Support the Marketing Team with:
- The development and delivery of consumer and professional communication materials.
- Promotional activities that support the strategies and plans defined for the relevant product segment or brand.
- Coordination with external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives within the agreed budgets.
- Definition of success criteria for marketing activities and measurement of performance against specific KPIs.
- Administrative tasks related to invoicing, event organization, commercial initiatives, KOL engagement projects, and product management.
* Receive training in compliance assurance, HCC requirements, copy clearance, and regulatory processes for marketing activities.
* Receive training in data management and commercial data interpretation.
* Learn how to interpret business data, identify insights, and manage information effectively.
* Gain knowledge of the franchise portfolio.
Qualifications
* University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related area of study.
* Fluency in English.
* Good understanding of basic marketing principles and branding.
* Proficiency in Tableau and Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
* Ability to work effectively in virtual and hybrid environments.
* Understanding of healthcare industry regulations, particularly in me.
* Positive, proactive "can-do" attitude and willingness to take ownership.
* Comfortable multitasking and working to deadlines.
​Desired:
* Knowledge of data analysis.
* Understanding of digital marketing principles and previous experience in digital marketing would be an advantage.
* Understanding of healthcare industry regulations, particularly in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
* Previous sales experience would be beneficial.
