Our HR Department is looking for interns who can sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with their university, to join us starting in September. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is a great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.
This is a General Application for the HR department. As part of the HR Team, you will work in a collaborative and international environment, supporting the team's objectives while gaining valuable professional experience and developing your skills in Human Resources.
Internships at LOEWE: * If you are from the EU, you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the EU, you need a valid work permit. * Our internships run for 6-12 months, and the working hours are generally 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Fridays. * You'll receive study support of EUR800-900 gross per month, as well as a daily lunch subsidy. About you: * You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university. * Passionate about people, talent development and creating a positive employee experience. * Interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development or HR Business Partnering. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across different teams. * Proactive, organised and eager to learn in a fast-paced and international environment. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Discreet, reliable and able to handle confidential information with professionalism. * High level of written and spoken English; any additional language is a plus
