We are seeking a motivated college summer intern to support project management and business operations through portfolio data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role offers hands-on experience applying analytical and AI-assisted techniques to identify gaps, surface insights, and support recommendations for operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect, organize, and validate portfolio and project status data
* Support status reporting by identifying misalignments, risks, and trends
* Use AI-enabled tools (e.g., data analysis, summarization, or automation features) to enhance insights and efficiency
* Analyze data to identify operational pain points and improvement opportunities
* Assist in developing recommendations for process, reporting, or tooling enhancements
* Prepare summaries, dashboards, and presentation materials for stakeholders

Skills Experience (includes, But Not Limited To)

* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with AI tools or platforms (e.g., generative AI, data analytics, automation, or AI-assisted reporting)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (or similar tools)
* Ability to synthesize data and AI-generated outputs into clear, actionable insights
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a professional environment

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, or a related field
* Interest in project management, business operations, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions
* Hands-on experience through coursework, projects, internships, or personal initiatives involving data or AI tools
* Curiosity about how AI can improve business processes and decision-making
* Initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

This internship provides meaningful exposure to project and portfolio management while building practical experience using AI to support business insights and operational excellence.
