About The Role

We areseekinga summer 2026internto support our Organizational Development (OD)teamwithskills-enabledtalent managementinitiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience working onglobalprojects related toskills frameworks,skills validation,talent management consulting,andsurvey design.This intern will collaborate with and support OD and Skills project team members.

Key Responsibilities

Interns will support one or more of the following areas, based on project needs and interests:

* Assistwithskills framework development and validation, including reviewing skills data, organizing feedback, and documenting changes
* Supportbusiness-specific use cases for validated skills with tasks includingsurvey design, meeting coordination, and project management
* Help prepareslide content, summaries, and visualizationsof the skills project strategy, updates, anddeliverables
* Document processes, decisions, and learnings to support scalability and knowledge-sharing
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., HRIS, LD, TA) on defined project workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

* Currentlypursuing agraduatedegree inIndustrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Developmentor Behavior, Human Resources, Psychology,orrelatedfield.Will considerfinal-yearundergraduate degree applications with prior internship or work experience
* Strong interest inskills-based talent management,organizational development, andtalent managementconsulting
* Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
* Comfortable working with data inExcel(experience with survey data or statistics is a plus)
* Strong written and verbal communication skillsand ability to work cross-functionally
* ExperiencewithHR systems or platforms is a plus
* Lenovo works on a 3:2 hybrid schedule, 3 days in office and 2 day flex. You must be able to work in our Morrisville, NC Corp HQ for the summer June 1 - July 24 (end-date of internship may vary based on hiring manager requirements and intern's availability)
