The Louis Vuitton Talent Development team is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to support a variety of HR initiatives that contribute to our teams' ongoing professional development. Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, this diverse role will support teams across Retail, Corporate, the Client Services Center, and our Repair Workshops. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
The Talent Development Intern will assist in the project management, execution and overall production of various talent development initiatives, ensuring alignment with the business strategy, employee growth and development.
We welcome individuals who are passionate about people development, learning, and creating thoughtful experiences for others. Ideal candidates bring strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and analytical problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail and reliable follow-through. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is helpful, and a willingness to learn new tools is valued. Students should be curious, collaborative, and comfortable contributing both independently and as part of a team. An interest in technology and cross-functional partnership is encouraged. Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus. Compensation Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour Criteria Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC We are open to full-time candidates with availablity from July through December 2026 Legally authorized to work in the US The position requires 4-5 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan
