Introduction
Employees in this role deliver sales enablement strategy and execute the overall incentives process while maintaining a satisfactory controls posture. Support the creation, financial integrity and implementation of a competitive, balanced sales incentive plan. Design, manage and execute digitized global end to end sales incentives consistent with compensation principles and Go-to-Market strategy with the purpose to motivate sellers to deliver revenue and business results aligned to IBM strategy. Deliver high quality, value-add solutions and expertise as trusted business advisors focusing on collaboration with all stakeholders. Execute a management system that drives agility, innovation, simplification, automation and continual process improvement. Create and cultivate a high-performance culture through a diverse environment supporting skills development, career and work/life balance with opportunities for growth and recognition.
Your Role And Responsibilities
Work on quota process related tasks, with AI Fusion, SAP Incentives &/or other client mapping, specifically related to our newest acquisition being planned for mid year.
