Job Description

In this role, you'll support Project Managers across a diverse portfolio of projects, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You'll have the opportunity to learn about project delivery from concept through to completion, while developing key project management and commercial skills.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll contribute to day-to-day project activities, support coordination across teams, and build a strong understanding of project processes, stakeholder management and project controls.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to develop a career in Project Management within the real estate and construction industry.
The contract will be part time, flexible based on your capabilities, changing availability and suitable tasks available in our projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting Project Managers in the delivery of projects across different stages of the project lifecycle.
* Assisting with project coordination, scheduling and tracking of key actions and deliverables.
* Helping monitor project performance related to scope, timeline, budget and quality.
* Supporting cost management activities such as budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
* Preparing project documentation, reports and meeting minutes.
* Coordinating with internal teams, clients, consultants and contractors to support effective collaboration.
* Supporting procurement and contract administration activities where required.
* Building strong working relationships with stakeholders and contributing to a positive team environment.
* Learning and developing an understanding of project management processes, governance and best practices

Profil requis du candidat:

Qualifications

* Currently studying a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Architecture or a related field.
* Interest in Project Management within the real estate sector.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
* Proactive attitude and collaborative mindset.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Previous internship or project experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
* Fluent Finnish & English, other language skills are appreciated.
* Any relevant work experience is be beneficial
