About the job :

Within the CHANEL Europe Talent Acquisition team, based at the European headquarters in Paris, this six-month internship will enable you to contribute to talent sourcing across nine European markets.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with Hiring Managers to identify and attract top talent.

What impact you can create at Chanel :

* Identify and screen the most relevant talent in Workday, in close partnership with the Regional Team and nine European markets.

* Deliver innovative sourcing strategies, combining direct outreach on LinkedIn, market mapping, talent-pool engagement and campus relations.

* Inform recruitment decisions through regular reporting on candidate availability, candidate quality and market trends.

* Become a trusted sourcing partner and help build sustainable talent pipelines across Europe.

* Support Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition and Development team by creating the conditions for a smoother, more structured and effective recruitment process.

What you will bring :

* Initial sourcing experience gained in a recruitment agency and/or Corporate environment.

* Practical experience using an ATS, ideally Workday, to identify and track candidates.

* A strong interest in the use of artificial intelligence to support recruitment and sourcing.

* Fluent English, enabling you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Europe.

* Proficiency in another European language, considered an asset in a multi-market environment.
