Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining our SRI (Socially Responsible Investment) team within the Funds and Mandates Department, which is looking for a Responsible for sustainable real estate development (SRI), for an internship of 6 months .
The SRI management is responsible for AEW's SRI policy, the SRI strategy of the funds, the development of operational tools, monitoring compliance with SRI procedures, and reporting to investors.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be to study and monitor real estate projects by integrating the following themes:
* Carbon assessment and offsetting, bio-diversity, soft mobility, climate risk management;
* Strategic management;
* Monitoring compliance with real estate funds' ESG strategies, implementation of SRI management procedures for ML and investment, institutional, and retail.
* Piloting innovative projects related to biodiversity, renewables, health, waste, food waste, the circular economy, the implementation of methodological tools, model documents and digital tools, to enable compliance with SRI procedures.
* Reporting;
* Implementation of automation tools for data collection and reporting, periodic SRI reporting to investors according to contractual provisions.
* Corporate management.
* Monitoring and communication on SRI policy
* Monitoring of global indicators
* Participation in responses to AEW's internal evaluations, participation in shareholder reporting on ESG actions

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC+5 student, you are preparing an engineering school diploma with a specialization in environment, sustainable development, CSR, and SRI.
