Description du poste

Create, film, edit, and post TikTok and Instagram-first content for The Silk Road.
Develop short-form content ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and recurring content formats.
Capture products, styling, studio life, behind-the-scenes moments, shoots, events, and day-to-day brand moments.
Stay updated on TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, creators, formats, and platform shifts.
Support community management through comments, DMs, and audience engagement when needed.
Help grow The Silk Road's TikTok and Instagram presence in a way that feels natural, elevated, and aligned with the brand.
Track content performance and suggest new ideas based on engagement, insights, reach, and retention.

Profil recherché

Based in Paris
Ideally speaks fluent English
Strong understanding of TikTok and internet culture
Comfortable on camera and understands how to speak to an audience in an authentic and approachable way
Interested in fashion, styling, and visual storytelling, with a taste level aligned with The Silk Road's aesthetic
Understands how to create content that feels both platform-native and on-brand
Strong eye for visuals, composition, and detail
Curious, creative, and aware of what content performs and why
Bonus: Experience creating content for a brand or personal account
