HR Employee Listening & Transformation Internship - July 2026 - 6 months

Part of the Group's Human Resources Department, the People Experience team is responsible for shaping the future of employee experience across Maisons and Regions. Our mission is to strengthen employee engagement, enhance the Group's attractiveness as an employer, and empower individuals and teams to thrive in their roles.
You are preparing a Master degree in a business school, university or equivalent. You have initial experience in Human Resources and/or transformation projects (external or internal consultancy) - ideally in an international environment. You have a keen interest in issues relating to the development of corporate culture (i.e. leadership and management, flexible working, feedback culture, talent development, etc.) and enjoy working in project mode. Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken. Basic knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory.
