About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Solution Intern to join our telecommunications team. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting pre-sales activities, understanding telecom products and solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven proposals to clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the pre-sales team in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation
* Support product demonstrations and customer meetings with technical insights
* Conduct market and competitor research within the telecommunications industry
* Help analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on offerings
* Participate in RFP/RFI responses and technical bidding processes
* Maintain and update product-related documentation and knowledge base

Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills in English and French(both written and verbal)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
