IT Systems Analyst Intern (2026 Intake)

Core Responsibilities

* Gather and document business requirements for ordering and payment systems.
* Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
* Support system testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
* Business Operational Support
* Maintain documentation
* Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment.

Qualifications and Skills
Basic Qualifications
* Students with Bachelor's degree, in Business Administration or MIS or Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
* Self-starter - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Self-motivated, adaptable, must be proactive and be able to deal with ambiguity.
* Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Demonstrate leadership and influence skills including strategizing and driving change across multiple group and departments.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to illustrate complex business and technical ideas and communicate findings and recommendation to all level of management and working level resources.
* Excellent communication skills especially in English- both written and verbal with the ability to communicate and work with Global team.
* Ability to identify/analyse problems, design solutions, write a design document for IT counterpart to develop the solutions.
* Ability to drive continuous improvement, produce cross-functional integrated operational process and drive processes to execution.
* Experiences with Oracle ERP eBusiness suite applications will be added advantage, but not essential.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with PL SQL, Oracle ERP system is a plus
