Team Introduction The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Assist in the development and execution of live streaming strategies, monitor and analyze the performance of operations, providing actionable insights for improvement. 2. Provide guidance and support to creators, helping them to optimize their content and grow their audiences and revenue. 3. Collaborate with live agencies to enhance their operations and organizational capability. 4. Planning and executing events to enhance content diversity and overall revenue. 5. Understand the psychology and behavior of creators and users in the markets, provide constructive and exploratory suggestions to improve user experience and resolve issues. Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications 1. Able to take on an internship in 2026. 2. Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business/Marketing/Communications or a related technical discipline 3. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. Since this role involves daily cross-team coordination and frequent communication with China-based internal teams, Mandarin proficiency is a core requirement to ensure efficient project alignment, workflow execution, and seamless business collaboration. 4. Strong interest in the live streaming industry and familiarity with current trends. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
