Job Description:

* Supporting operational function for domestic transportation activity.
* Monitoring & follow up delivery status from Warehouse JKT, MES, SUB, MKS to all ID area using "Shipment Tracking Dashboard".
* Monitoring & follow up POD Return (Proof of Delivery) using "Shipment Tracking Dashboard".
* Established proper communication with GB (Business Unit) & LSP related to daily operation.
* Supporting administration process related to transportation activities such as: customer complaint, urgent delivery, PPFTZ docs return, pick up request, transfer stock and claim letter

Qualifications:

* College students majoring in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering Management or any relevant majors
* Last semester student (before final thesis) or on internship semester
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Experience working in organizational or team-based environments
* Willing to travel locally within Jabodetabek area

Additional Information:

* Full-time paid internship for 6 months (January-June 2026).
* Will not graduate during the internship program
