Job Description:

* Uploading tax invoices to Government Tax System.
* Providing supporting data for invoices mitigation and detective control (DC).
* Receiving and doing a daily check of delivery notes from the transporter (soft copy via share point) and also keep and filling the hard copy DNs.
* Collecting and submitting data for new and current customers.
* Supporting administrative tasks (Internal Issue Sales Order, Proforma Invoice, and Credit & Debit Memo WorkOn creation request).
* Handling invoices and sending it to customers.
* Supporting department's projects and events.

Qualifications:

* Undergraduate students (min. S-1) from any major, preferably Management/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration.
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Keen to learn and proactive.
* Demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

* Full-time paid internship
* For July 2026 - January 2027 period
* Open for COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY (will not graduate during the internship program)
