Legal Intern

Description du poste:

As a Legal Intern, you will be an integral part of our dedicated legal team, providing essential assistance in managing complex customer transactions. This role offers exposure to international commercial law, contract negotiation, and compliance within the telecommunications industry. You will work closely with experienced legal professionals, gaining practical insights into the legal challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced, global environment. This internship is designed to develop your legal research, analytical, and communication skills while contributing to the successful execution of Nokia's business objectives in the EME market.

* Conduct legal research on various topics, including contract law, commercial law, data privacy, and regulatory compliance relevant to EME jurisdictions.
* Assist in the review, drafting, and analysis of commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to customer transactions.
* Support the legal team in preparing for negotiations, internal meetings, and external communications.
* Help maintain and organize legal documentation, databases, and contract management systems.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of legal guidelines, policies, and training materials.
* Assist with compliance-related tasks, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
* Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed, including scheduling and document preparation

Profil requis du candidat:

You have:
* Bachelor's or master's degree program in Law (or equivalent).
* Strong academic record in legal studies, particularly in commercial law, contract law, or international law.
* Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Full proficiency in Italian, English and French.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
* High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to have skills
* Familiarity with contract management software or legal databases.
* Knowledge and some experience in a legal environment (e.g., law firm, corporate legal department).
* Understanding of the telecommunications industry or technology sector
