Overview FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM SEPTEMBER We are looking for an engaged and passionate Retail Merchandising Intern to join our Grenoble Retail Merchandising team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. Your Impact MAIN ACTIVITIES: Elaboration of qualitative analysis on a daily/weekly/Monthly base and sharing the result with Collection and Retail merchandising teams; Supporting both HQ and Regional teams during the sales campaign period; Carry out quantitative analysis to define MO ensuring a balanced global product mix; Collaboration with the product, marketing and VM teams to ensure strategic alignment between assortment, communication and product availability; Preparation of supporting materials and presentations for different meetings at HQ level. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Business; An interest in Merchandising or Buying departments; Strong analytical skills: a good/excellent knowledge of Excel; Passion and sensitivity for luxury products; Team player; Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Fluent English; Previous experience in Retail Merchandising will be considered a plus.
