Internship Finance - LatAm & Greece Region

Description du poste:

At Generali, within the LatAm & Greece region, we are looking for a highly motivated intern who will work mainly on finance activities.
The resource will have the opportunity to gain experience in the following activities:
* Support to the Finance team in day-to-day activities, mainly:
* Strategic Planning process
* Performance monitoring and analysis
* Support in variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and ad hoc financial analyses
* Direct involvement in the monthly KPI reporting process, including interaction with local teams across countries
* Direct involvement in budgeting and cost monitoring for the regional central team
* Maintenance and improvement of Excel-based reporting tools and financial models
* Contribution to the preparation of reports and effective PowerPoint presentations for top management
* Possibility to be involved in cross-functional activities across other areas on a demand basis, depending on team priorities and business needs

Profil requis du candidat:

* Degree in Economics/Statistics/engineering subjects
* Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Excellent listening and communication skills, also with foreign countries
* Ability to work independently and in multicultural team environment
* Excellent organizational and management skills
* Flexibility and proactivity
* Strong ability to create positive network and work in team
* Previous international experience (also short)
* Other foreign languages
