Job Description
We are looking for: Financial Controlling Intern

Role Purpose

We are currently looking for a Financial controlling Internship to join our dynamic team based in Milan. You will support the Controlling department in all related activities such as:

* Participate in the monthly closing process by reviewing financial results and performing cost variance analyses against budget and prior year figures.
* Support the preparation and coordination of the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate tracking and control of actual spending.
* Monitor key Retail KPIs to provide actionable insights to the business.
* Assist with store inventory control activities, including periodic stock takes and reconciliations.
* Analyze financial and operational data, preparing ad hoc reports and presentation deck

* Learn how to perform dynamic financial analyses to support business decision-making.
* Gain hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
* Build confidence in using financial reporting tools and advanced Excel to analyze and present data.
* Understand key Retail KPIs and how they drive business performance.
