Group Debt and Capital Market Intern

Description du poste:

We are looking for an intern who will work within the Group Debt and Capital Market unit.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
* Supporting the development, enhancement and optimization of automation initiatives aimed at improving the unit's financial reporting processes;
* Contributing to the research, design and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to support and enhance capital markets activities and workflows;
* Assisting with daily data collection, data quality assurance and reporting activities within the GDCM area;
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business and financial requirements into effective IT solutions and developments;
* Working closely with team members in the execution, monitoring and management of debt transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with internal procedures

Profil requis du candidat:

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* Master's degree (or finalized graduation path) in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering;
* Advanced IT proficiency applied to financial contexts, or a strong IT background with an interest in finance;
* Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Soft Skills:
* Strong ability to synthesize complex financial data and process structures;
* Ability to collaborate effectively in an international corporate environment;
* Good organizational skills, target orientation, and proactive project tracking attitude
