Roles & Objectives
As an Intern you will be part of our EHS Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A and will be reporting to Manager Manufacturing Sustainability. The position will be based in Bologna.

Specific Responsibilities:

* Assist in the implementation of Sustainability and EHS initiatives and tools across the factory;
* Support managers and supervisors in promoting awareness on Sustainability policies, procedures and continuous improvement activities;
* Collaborate in identifying improvement opportunities, weaknesses or emerging issues within ongoing Sustainability projects;
* Support the creation and improvement of dashboards and data models in Excel (advanced) and Power BI (preferred).
* Participate in site inspections, walkthroughs and routine Sustainability activities, supporting the team in data gathering and documentation (no autonomous risk assessment or formal evaluations).

Who we're looking for 

* Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Safety Engineering or related fields;
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, charts, formulas;
* Knowledge of Power BI or strong motivation to learn it quickly;
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
* Fluency in English and in Italian is mandatory, and will be tested throughout the interview process;
