Overview IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS We are looking for a passionate and engaged Quality Control Intern to join our Operations & Supply Chain Department in our Smart Factory in Trebaseleghe (PD). Your Impact In this role, you will support the Quality team in the following activities: Monitoring, analyzing and reporting production and quality KPIs to support performance improvement and decision-making; Supporting the analysis of production processes, identifying inefficiencies, deviations and improvement opportunities; Assisting in analysis of production and quality issues, working closely with line technicians and production teams to define corrective and preventive actions; Supporting quality control activities, including visual inspections, to ensure products meet required specifications; Supporting training activities for production staff on quality standards, KPIs and best practices; Assisting in the management and analysis of non-repairable items, including data tracking and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or a Technical discipline; Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; Proficient in English; Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Proactive, detail-oriented and continuous improvement-oriented attitude.
