Italy Incentive Management Internship | starting date: July 2026 | 6 months | Milan
For our Italian office in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Finance Team.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.
You'll be in charge of:
* Supporting the Commissioning Team in daily operations, including General Ledger activities, calculation and allocation of field bonuses based on performance, and financial reporting
* Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial workflows and efficiency
* Helping maintains accurate financial records and databases
* Communicating with relevant departments to ensure alignment on targets and bonus structures
* Supporting the manager in the trend analysis, reporting and impact simulations of the actions defined at central level
* Collaborating on internal audits and helping to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
You are the right person if you:
* Have a background Economics, Management Engineering or similar;
* Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail
* Have a proactive attitude and are able to handle multiple projects at time;
* Are proficient with Microsoft Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel (pivot, macro)
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
