Purpose of the position: As an HR Compliance, you will be part of the People, HSEQ and Sustainability Function. In this role, you will support the HR Compliance Manager in handling Group-level whistleblowing cases, providing employment-law support to internal stakeholders on HR compliance matters, and managing the global accreditation process for external law firms.
How can you support us?
* Support the management of whistleblowing cases arising across Saipem Group companies, including monitoring regulatory developments and analyzing recommendations issued by the National Anti-Corruption Authority.
* Contribute to the review of reports relating to HSE incidents assigned to the HR Compliance function, helping identify potential disciplinary responsibilities or awareness-raising actions.
* Provide support in responding to assistance requests from other HR functions on topics within the HR Compliance scope.
* Support the accreditation process for labour and employment law firms and contribute to the renewal and maintenance of the related global list.
What are we looking for?
Education: Master's degree in law (completed or about to be completed)
Background: university projects or thesis projects on topics relating to employment law and whistleblowing
Languages:
* Italian: native or at least C1 proficiency
* English: at least B2 level (written and spoken).
Technical Knowledge:
* Ability to analyse documentation and contractual clauses with attention to detail.
* Capability to prepare clear and structured reports and presentations.
What else should you know?
This internship does not require frequent travelling and will be mainly based in the Milan office, with possible smart working options according to company policies.
