Overview FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM MARCH We are looking for an engaged and passionate Retail Travel Intern to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. Your Impact MAIN ACTIVITIES: Analyze sales, stock levels, and market trends to optimize sales performance and improve sell-through Prepare and elaborate weekly sales and stock performance analyses Train and support the store network on product knowledge, brand storytelling, and strategic merchandising priorities Collaborate with Collection, Retail, Buying, Visual Merchandising, and Planning teams Collect and structure feedback from stores, translating insights into actionable recommendations for future collections Leverage CRM insights and client data to optimize product performance and maximize key business moments Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and stock data Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI plus Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proactive, hands-on attitude with a problem-solving mindset Fluency in English, both written and spoken YOUR FUTURE EXPERIENCE WITH US: An extraordinary internship path: different activities, events and experiences design to help you develop yourself and become part of our community; Our Career Start Program: to expand your knowledge by taking exclusive courses and by guided by your team; Monthly reimbursement & ticket lunch / free access to the canteen for lunch.
