Job Description Summary
We are looking for an Order Management & Sales Intern to join our team in Sesto San Giovanni manufacturing site.
In this role, you will support the Order Management and Sales teams in both operational and analytical activities, contributing to the efficiency of daily processes and site-level operations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, help improve sales effectiveness, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data within our CRM and ERP systems.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

* Support the Order Management team in day-to-day operations, including documentation management and accurate, timely data entry.
* Assist the Sales team with operational activities, maintaining customer databases and ensuring data consistency across CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems.
* Monitor data quality and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
* Manage multiple priorities while handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Fluency in both Italian and English.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
* Valid EU work permit.
