Team Introduction Lemon8 is a lifestyle information community where users can post image and video contents. Lemon8 offers practical and attractive content from a wide variety of genres such as beauty, fashion, gourmet, travel, and living. Users can find a free, diverse, and life-size lifestyle that matches their interests, or a life longing that is one step ahead of them. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. In addition, working from the Tokyo office for 28 hours per week is required. Applicants are kindly requested to submit their resume in English. Responsibilities - Demonstrate strong content sense with a solid understanding of categories such as beauty, wellness, relationships, lifestyle, finance, and fortune-telling, and drive initiatives to improve content quality. - Independently plan and execute campaigns aimed at increasing user engagement, including boosting posts and comments. - Leverage knowledge of the creator industry to support creator scouting and development. - Handle day-to-day operations such as resource management and content monitoring

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and Chinese. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Chinese-speaking markets. - Strong awareness of content trends in Japan and familiarity with major social media platforms. - Excellent learning ability and communication skills, with flexibility, multitasking capability, and a strong sense of ownership. - High attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality output. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with content creation using design tools such as Canva is preferred. - Prior experience or internship in the media industry is preferred. - Proven experience successfully managing social media accounts is a plus
